Stratton Road

Look at these three right next to each other and opposite from each other on Stratton Road:

This below at 66 Stratton Road a modern house.

64 Stratton looks like a new colonial.

63 Stratton Road a ranch just across the street.

There is no neighborhood feeling, no character, no depth.

Just the feeling that these three homes were haphazardly thrown together... Where is the BAR ?

Where is our VB ? Where are all the protecting measures supposed to keep our streets  from such insults ? Nothing. Feels desperate and desolate like an orphaned child.

Unfortunately such discord is all too evident on almost all of our streets by now. Just take a little walk, any street Scarsdale and you will spot what is new, often  made of inexpensive materials, hastily put together. The other charmers will also be evident with their attention to detail, care and love that went into them.
