Report from the Library at 7:55 p.m.

Here is the line of cars trying to get in to the Library at 7:48 p.m. tonight. There was a policeman directing traffic.





Here is aVCP supporter.



A couple minutes later, at 7:51 p.m. Bob joined him. No, it was not a coordinated event. He just happened to be there when I was pulling in.


And here are the lines in the Scott room. It was packed. The library closed early at 6:00 p.m. to prepare for the crowds.
As I was walking in I saw Nicholas (Nick)  Kristof of the New York Times and his wife Sheryl WuDunn walking out, neighbors on Overhill.
