NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the
Village of Scarsdale in Rutherford Hall in Village Hall, 1001 Post Road, Scarsdale NY 10583, on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at 8:00 p.m. at which time and place the Planning Board will consider the following:
The application of Robert and Stuti Schoetz for a re-subdivision or lot merger to merge
two lots at 267 Fox Meadow Road and 0 Fox Meadow Road, identified on the Village
tax map as Sec. 4, Blk. 5, Lots 958 and 992.
The application of 858 Scarsdale Ave. Assoc. and 7-Eleven, Inc., as lessee, for Site
Plan approval, pursuant to Chapter 251 of the Village Code, and a Parking Waiver,
pursuant to Chapter 310-70 of the Village Code, to renovate the existing building at 858
Scarsdale Avenue, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 1, Blk. 3, Lot 25.
The application of F.S. Fish #32/S. Oder TIC to amend the Site Plan approval, pursuant
to Chapter 251 of the Village Code, for a 14 unit multi-family residential development
with one Fair and Affordable Unit to eliminate the requirement to bury the overhead
power lines, revise the driveway and front yard as well as the western (rear) elevation
of the new building at 4 Weaver St. and to eliminate three proposed dormers and three
proposed windows in the renovated building at 2 Weaver St., identified on the Village
tax map as Sec. 18, Blk. 2, Lot 88A.
