LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF APPEALS VILLAGE OF SCARSDALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Appeals of the Village of Scarsdale in Rutherford Hall in Village Hall, 1001 Post Road, Scarsdale NY 10583 on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 8:00 p.m. at which time and place the Board of Appeals will consider the following:
  1. The application of Copper Beech Tree LLC for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310- 88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 3 Sherbrooke Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 13, Blk. 3, Lot 2.

  2. The application of 28 Garden LLC for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 28 Garden Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 16, Blk. 1, Lot 21A2.

  3. The application of Alan and Corey Meizlik for variances from Chapters 310-35, 310-67 and 310-100 of the Village Code to construct additions which would expand the existing intrusion into the front yard setback and exceed the maximum permitted floor area ratio and at 262 Nelson Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 11, Blk. 06, Lot 36.

  4. The application of Brite Avenue Development Corporation, as contract vendee, for a variance from Chapter 310-19 of the Village Code to allow for the creation of a lot at a distance from the street, or a flag lot, at 19 Griffen Avenue, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 24, Blk. 1, Lot 4A.

  5. The application of Rena Schwartzbaum for a Special Use Permit pursuant to Chapter 310-74 of the Village Code to conduct a home occupation at 50 Black Birch Lane, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 19, Blk. 2, Lot 632.

  6. The application of Scott and Sharon Prince for a variance from Chapter 310-22 of the Village Code to legalize the existing non-conforming lot coverage at 11 Birchall Drive, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 18, Blk. 1, Lot 26.

  7. The application of Michael Fisher for a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Chapter 310-88 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool at 60 Penn Boulevard, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 23, Blk. 1, Lot 78.
