Planning Board Agenda for August 9, 2017

LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING BOARD VILLAGE OF SCARSDALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Village of Scarsdale in Rutherford Hall in Village Hall, 1001 Post Road, Scarsdale NY 10583, on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, at 8:00 p.m. at which time and place the Planning Board will consider the following:
  1. The application of F.S. Fish #32/S. Oder TIC to amend the Site Plan, pursuant to Chapter 251 of the Village Code, for a 14 unit multi-family residential development with one Fair and Affordable Unit to relocate the overhead power lines across the street and revert to the originally approved driveway access at 2-4 Weaver St., identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 18, Blk. 2, Lot 88A.
  2. The application of 69 Mamaroneck Road Corp. for an amendment to the Site Plan, pursuant to Chapter 251 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool on this lot at a distance from a street at 69 Mamaroneck Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 17, Blk. 1, Lot 28.
  3. The application of Castle Walk Development LLC, as contract vendee, for Site Plan approval, pursuant to Chapter 251 of the Village Code, to construct a new house on this lot at a distance from a street at 0 Crossway identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 22, Blk. 12, Lot 1A.
  4. The application of Caren Jacobs and Joseph Sitt, as contract vendee, for an amendment to the Site Plan, pursuant to Chapter 251 of the Village Code, to construct a swimming pool on this lot at a distance from a street at 12A Cooper Rd., identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 14, Blk. 3, Lot 5A.
  5. The application of JAF Builders Corp., as owner and as contract vendee, to approve the subdivision of two lots into three lots at 115 and 117 Brown Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 8, Blk. 20 Lots 24 and 27.
  6. The application of Scarsdale Congregational Church for Site Plan approval, pursuant to Chapter 251 of the Village Code, to construct a single family house and reconfigure the parking lot at 2 Heathcote Road, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 13, Blk. 1, Lot 1.
  7. The application of Quaker Ridge Golf Club, LLC and 54 Bradford Partners, LLC for a re- subdivision, pursuant to Chapter 77 of the Village Code, to merge two lots at 146 Griffen Ave. and 54 Bradford Rd. identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 23, Blk. 1, Lot 1A1 and Sec. 24, Blk. 1, Lot 52.

The Board will also consider:

8. The request of 970 Post Road LLC for the second extension of time to file the re-subdivision plat approved by the Planning Board on September 28, 2016 for the properties at 972 Post Rd. and 8 Roosevelt Pl., identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 11, Blk. 4, Lots 24A1 and 24B1.

9. A recommendation to the Village Board regarding the amount of the recreation fee to be assessed to the applicant, Brite Avenue Development Corp., as contract vendee, for the two lot subdivision which resulted in one new lot at 19 Griffen Avenue, identified on the Village tax map as Sec. 24, Blk. 1, Lot 4A.1.
